The company TEPLOCHIM conducted tests for compliance with the Technical Regulations № 123-FZ, and received a certificate of compliance for fire-retardant solvent-based paint for metal NEOFLAME 513. NEOFLAME series of paint is own development of the TEPLOHIM research center.NEOFLAME 513 is a fire-retardant water-based paint, which possesses improved technical and technological characteristics being one of the most competitive materials to the existing market. NEOFLAME 513 is intended for fire protection of steel structures, exploited indoors and outdoors under a shelter. The consumption of paint for coating with fireproof efficiency of rating 5, according to GOST R 53295-2009, with a thickness of 0.78 mm, is 1.42 kg / m² without taking into account technological losses. A distinctive feature of novelty in comparison with other well-known product of VUP-2 is the reducing of dry film thickness and material consumption by more than 20%.
