Fire retardant paint and flame retardants

Fire retardant paint from the VUP series and other flame retardants produced by TEPLOCHIM are widely used for the fire protection of various structures. These materials can be used for:

  • Fire protection of wooden structures

Fire retardant paint from the VUP series is a widely known and well established product on the market due to its quality, adaptability and ease of application.
In 2008, fire-retardant paint VUP-2 was used for fire protection of structures with a total area of over 1.000.000 m2.
The company is constantly working on expanding the range of products and is ready to offer to consumers new materials with improved properties. Among the new products is the fire-retardant paint for metal NEOFLAME 513.
Flame retardants are a class of materials which along with the paints have been widely used to improve the fire resistance of structures ofvarious types. The company offers a series of flame retardants NEOFLAME to protect wooden structures. Retardants from the NEOFLAME series provide fire-resistant coverage of wooden building structures and possess bio-protective properties.

 

Fire protection of structures

Fire-retardant treatment and fire protection of structures are mandatory measures to reduce the fire risk during construction and commissioning of any building project in accordance with the requirements of federal law 123 of 07/22/2008, the "Technical Regulations on fire safety requirements."
Fire protection of structures is a service offered by TEPLOCHIM for various buildings and structures of industrial and civil types. TEPLOCHIM offers the following service packages of applying fire retardant materials: fire protection of metal and wood, fire protection of concrete, fire protection of cables, fire protection of air-ducts.  
Fire-retardant treatment is performing by specialists of the company who have received relevant training, including industrial climbers. Fire-retardant treatment is possible using materials of our manufacture and materials produced by other manufacturers.

Fire protection of air-ducts

Fire protection of air-ducts is performed for the reveal-drawing system of general ventilation, emergency ventilation, antismoke ventilation, local exhaust air systems, air-conditioning systems, chimneys of various types, ductings of technological ventilation, including gas flues.  
Fire protection of air-ducts is carried out to prevent the spread of fire in the ventilation system. In this case, fire protection of air ducts is carried out inside the ventilation ducts. Fire protection of air ducts can be achieved using an integrated covering from the SPLEND series of TEPLOCHIM production. SPLEND is a new series of complex coatings, designed for fire protection of ductwork and certified for fire resistance limits of EI 30, 45, 60, 90 and 150 minutes.

 

Engineering

Within the range of services for fire safety the department of engineering and expertise of the company offers developing of special projects of fire protection and special technical terms of fire protection on the stage of designing of buildings and structures. Fire protection project is being developed in accordance with the fireproof requirements in compliance with existing rules and regulations, on the basis of project documentation for the construction or reconstruction of the building. Our experts will promptly prepare a comprehensive draft of fire protection for facilities of any complexity with designs, engineering and technical communications, subject to fire protection.
Special technical conditions in parts of fire safety are a normative document, which contains additional fire safety requirements that relate specifically to fire protection of a particular object.

  • For residential buildings with the height more than 75 meters, other buildings with the height more than 50 meters, buildings with a number of underground floors more than one;

Epoxy enamel

TEPLOCHIM offers solvent-free and water-based epoxy enamel from EP-1155 D, EPOKOR series.
Epoxy enamel EP-1155 D, which has a high radiation resistance and ability to decontamination, is used in most design decisions of nuclear-power engineering and plants. In addition to the special power engineering facilities epoxy enamel with a high mass fraction of nonvolatile matters is being used in petrochemical, oil & gas, mining, petroleum and petrochemical industries, as well as in shipbuilding (including dockyards) as well as in food, chemical and defense industries.
