SPLEND-150B is a fire protection system of air ducts with fire-resistance rating EI150 (Fire Safety Certificate № С-RU.ПБ05.В.00132 on 05.08.2009)

A comprehensive fire protection system SPLEND -150B includes:

1. High adhesive compound of NATRSIL-541 (TU 2316-012-29346883-2007), which is the composition of the inorganic binder and mineral fillers, dry film thickness 1.07 mm, flow rate 2.4 kg / m 2.
2. Basalt insulation foil mat TECH MAT KF (TU 5762-007-45757203-00), thickness 80 mm.

the total thickness of the coating - 81 ± 8 mm.

Installation of fire-retardant coating (performed by TI 038-2009):

1.  Prepare the surface of the duct: clean, dedust, degrease and dry.

2.  Ducts, primary coated with primer GF-021, is necessary to cover by one of the following water-based adhesives:

- Protective and decorative paint UHRA-1505 TU 2316-002-29346883-2001;
- Dye-primer UHRA-1503 TU 2316-001-29346883-2001;
- Primer FIKSAR 051 TU 2316-021-29346883-2008;
- Protective and decorative paint ALBENTA 171 by TU 2316-028-29346883-2008.
Dry film thickness of adhesive -10-30 microns. Drying time of adhesive layer at a temperature of 20 ° C and relative humidity of 80% is 3 -4 hours.

3.  Thoroughly mix of NATRSIL-541 by any manual machine tool until smooth.

4.  Apply NATRSIL-541 to the prepared surface of the duct, using plastering machine such as SO-169, spatula or brush.

5.  Paste on the wet layer the duct mats TECH MAT CF (cut to size of duct) with foil surface outward. The edges of the mats are connected step width of 50 mm with the application of NATRSIL-541 between the layers.

6.  Mat TECH MAT KF press tightly against the entire surface of the duct with a steel wire; glue all seams carefully with the aluminum tape.
