Design services for fire safety: With increasing of volumes of building, fire safety of facilities becomes the matter of special importance. In this case, solutions to ensure fire safety of the future object are laid on the stage of development of project documentation.
The Department of Design of RSC TEPLOCHIM provides the following services in the field of fire safety at the stage of the design of buildings and structures: - development of sections of the projects “Activities for fire safety” when designing buildings and structures;
- development and examination of technical specifications for fire protection at the stage of design of buildings and structures;
- expert support for fire safety in the design of buildings and structures;
- expert support for fire safety during the passage of state examination of projects;
- design and installation of fire extinguishing systems, fire and burglar alarm systems, fire warning;
- calculation of fire risk;
- fire protection design of building structures;
- design of internal fire line;
- designing of an automatic fire alarm system, automatic installations of water and gas fire fighting;
- design of warning systems and evacuation in case of fire;
- drafting the Declaration of fire safety.
Project staff of the Department NNP TEPLOHIM was carried out hundreds of measures to ensure fire safety and fire protection projects for constructions of various industries:
- production facilities of nuclear power objects
- production and storage facilities
- manufacturing enterprises
- palaces of sports and fitness centers
- multifunctional shopping and entertainment complexes
- living houses and other facilities
Specialists of TEPLOCHIM offer a new service of mathematical modeling of fires during the design of buildings and structures using special software. Requirements of fire regulations are often redundant because regulatory framework is not intended for a particular object, but for objects in general. The proposed solution is to use more accurate models of fire predictions, which allows to: - assess the impact of fire, taking into account all influencing parameters;
- evaluate non-standard space-planning decisions;
- justify the shortcomings of standard tools;
- take into account the individual characteristics of the project (a complex layout and architectural decisions);
- find economically optimal solutions for ensuring the necessary level of fire safety in the building.
 Application of these design techniques to ensure fire safety does not contradict the Russian legal norms.
