SPLEND-60B is a fire protection system of air ducts with fire-resistance rating EI60 (Fire Safety Certificate № SSPB.RU.OP019.V.02551 on 11.12.2008)
A comprehensive fire protection system SPLEND -30B includes: - High adhesive compound of NATRSIL-541 (TU 2316-012-29346883-2007), which is the composition of the inorganic binder and mineral fillers, dry film thickness 1.4 mm, flow rate 3.1 kg / m 2.
- Insulating Foil nonwoven ISOLIR 1000M (TU 5763-055-00204961-00), possesses a high surface strength, thickness 5 mm.
Recommended consumption of materials
for 1 m2 insulated surface with allowance for losses | | NATRSIL-C 541 kg | ISOLIR-1000M, m2 | | 3,41 | 1,1 | the total thickness of the coating - 6 ± 2 mm. Installation of fire-retardant coating (performed by TI 032-2008): - Prepare the surface of the duct: clean, dedust, degrease and dry.
- Thoroughly mix of NATRSIL-541 by any manual machine tool until smooth.
- Apply NATRSIL-541 to the prepared surface of the duct, using plastering machine such as SO-169, spatula or brush.
- Paste on the wet layer the thermal insulating foil ISOLIR 1000M (cut to size of duct) with surface outward. Edge of the material assembled lapped a minimum width of 100 mm with the application of NATRSIL-541 between the layers.
- Press hard a foil leaf ISOLIR 1000M and stitch with rubber roller. If necessary, tape seams with aluminum tape.
Finishing SPLEND-60B on the flange connection performs according to scheme.
When installing the fire-retardant coating on ducts close to walls, ceilings and other barriers it is allowed to fill the gap between the duct and wall by foil ISOLIR 1000M or materials based on basalt fiber (wool, felt, mats, plates), then glue on the top ISOLIR 1000M to give the design aesthetic appearance.
